The international airports in CR are now doing covid tests right at the airports. So instead of trying to find a lab or clinic before you leave you can test right before you take off. (Compensate for time obviously)
Both Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) near San José and Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Guanacaste are providing this service.
